Each box contains:

how are the bristles sourced?
Our bristles come from the food industry — they're a by product that would otherwise go to waste. No animals are harmed specifically for bristles. Boar hair is the only truly plastic-free bristle option that won't shed microplastics into your mouth.
how are the bristles sterilised?
Every bristle is scoured, washed, and steam-sterilised at 100°C for 6 hours. They arrive sterile, odourless, and ready to use straight out of the box.
How long does each toothbrush head last?
Each brush head lasts 2–3 months — the same replacement cycle dentists recommend. Each electric brush comes with 2 free heads.
How firm are the bristles?
Firm — but they soften after a few uses. That natural stiffness is also what keeps them effective longer.

We would not sell something that we hadn’t tested and wouldn’t use ourselves. Because of this, you can shop with us without having to worry whether the product will meet expectations.

Integrity is super important to us! We don’t wanna be selling some greenwashed BS — as we mentioned above, we use these products every day! And we certainly don’t wanna be brushing our teeth with microplastics!
Our bamboo toothbrush is not like the other bamboo toothbrushes on the market, which claim to be “eco friendly” when in reality they just use plant-based plastic bristles. They sound good... but they can still introduce plastic into a product that’s supposed to be plastic-free.
While animal-hair bristles aren’t for everyone, we chose a combination of bamboo and natural bristles to create a genuinely plastic-free toothbrush.
